Final Project ( A set of 5 greeting cards)

This was our last assignment for POD. Though we had POD once a week, I was able to learn quite a lot of new principles, rules, functions, and techniques about design. Also we all had so much of fun working in this with Ms.Lisa!

For our finals we were asked to make 5 greeting cards on a specific theme. All cards must be related to each other and had to be a manageable size of A5.

My theme was Spring  Mehendi.

Ms. Lisa was pleased with everyone's work. She did comment on how the cards were done. Everyone in my class did a good job.

What I learnt from this assignment was,

  • Time Management.
  • Work should be precise.
  • To apply basic principles of design.
  • Neatness
  • Patience

Paper Cutting (Symmetry & Dominance)

It's been quite long since I last updated this blog.

For this assignment, we were instructed to create 2 different kinds of artwork based on a theme, in which one represented symmetry, and the other, dominance. We could make it either 2D or 3D.

Here is what I did for the assignment,
