Well this time Ms. Lisa had something interesting for us to do. She rewind to us what we were taught in Semester 1.
So this assignment was to cut a square 6x6 inches.
We had to think out of the box. Come up with any asymmetry and symmetrical designs.
Draw the picture you have in your mind and cut it out.
We were suppose to have the cut outs with us.
Things what we needed:
1. Any colored A4 papers
2. Mounting board
3.Cutter (blade should be sharp)
4.Glue
5.Cutting mat
What I had in my mind was to do a mermaid cut out. You all might ask why! This semester had been a very tough one. Too much of work and stress, sleepless nights and so on. All I wanted was to be somewhere in under the water in the form of a mermaid swimming and resting on the corals. Having that in my mind I did 1 asymmetrical cut out.
This one was my final outcome but I and Ms.Lisa weren't satisfied with the way I pasted it. Ms.Lisa loved the outcome of what I did though.So I decided to do it again.
This was my final out come.... :) Mermaid inside the box being calm and outside the box it is like she is coming out of the sea . I see more happiness and calmness in her..
